1 PROVIDE OCCUPANCY DATA
ASSD can provide the occupancy data in a regular CSV-Export file.

2 PREPARE OCCUPANCY DATA
For further processing of the occupancy data, these are transferred by the PMS Connector from the ASSD format into a uniform data format (JSON).
This gives the possibility to connect further PMS to the system in the future.
3 PROCESS OCCUPANCY DATA
The occupancy data is read out by the system. Based on rules, these are evaluated and translated.
e.g.: One room is occupied on Saturday. On Friday, the evaluation would realize that it is necessary to pre-heat the room. This information is then translated into the appropriate control command for the heater.
4 LCN CONTROL
The translated commands are sent from the LCN connector to the PCHK software via TCP-IP. From here the LCN-bus is then activated.
Feedback from the bus can be processed by the system for status information and analysis.
5 MODULAR FUNCTIONALITY
Functions such as heating control are developed in software modules, so the system can easily be extended for additional components (e.g., voice and window control).

Heating and air conditioning will be controlled depending on room occupancy – for maximum cost savings and simultaneous comfort.
Voice control can be installed as an additional component
“Turn off all lights” – control light and other modules by voice.
